Important Notice

- Application fee is as per the post — ₹240 to ₹1652. No change.
- Candidates who have already submitted the form will continue their process.

What Happens After You Submit Your Application

Step 1 — Application Complete: Once your form (Part-1, Part-2 and fee payment) is fully submitted, your Admit Card will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours. Please keep checking your Inbox as well as the Spam/Promotions folder.
Step 2 — Admin Approval: Every application is verified by the National Head Office. As soon as your application is approved by the Admin, your examination will be scheduled and the exam date will be allotted 45 days after the date of approval. The confirmed date will be printed on your Admit Card and also emailed to you.
Step 3 — Prepare for the Examination: You get a clear 45-day preparation window. If you wish to prepare for the exam, you can purchase the official BGVM Practice Book from the book store or download it directly from this website.
If your Admit Card does not arrive within 24 hours of completing the application, write to bharatgvm@zohomail.in with your Application Number.
